I am thrilled to extend a warm and heartfelt welcome to your upcoming Family Focused Yoga session! I am excited to embark on this journey together, cultivating mindful connections and creating a space for uplifting and grounding experiences.

Here are a few important details to ensure delightful and enriching experience:

Venue: Family Focused Yoga is held at the Farmington Grande Hall located at 124 Bridge St., West Farmington, ME 04992. Or End of the Rainbow Alternatives located at 249 Farmington Falls Rd. Farmington, Maine 04938.

Parking: Please note that at the Farmington Grange, there is no parking at the post office.  There is plenty of parking on the street and around the park.

Attire: Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement during the sessions. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, comfort is the key to making the most of this experience.

Cell Phone: To fully immerse yourself in the sessions and create a serene environment, please set your cell phone to silent mode before entering the hall.

Arrival: Arriving a few minutes early will give you a chance to settle in and offer a smooth start to the sessions. I kindly ask you to wait in the waiting room quietly If there is another class is session until we finish up.

Restrooms: At the Farmington Grange, there are 2 restrooms. One off of the kitchen upstairs, and the other is down stairs to the left.

Footwear: To maintain tranquility of the space and to keep it clean, I kindly ask that you remove your shoes prior to entering the yoga space. There will be a designated space for you to leave your shoes. 

Personal Belongings: Upon entering the yoga space you will find a white basket with your name on it. This is where you can leave your personal belongings during the sessions.

Yoga Mats & Accessories: FFyoga has yoga mats, blocks, blankets, and eye pillows for families classes to utilize. There is a small cost for laundering. However, if you wish to bring your own, that is completely fine.

Weather cancellation or illness: If weather conditions are unsafe or if I am not feeling well, classes will be cancelled. A make up classes can be made up at the next convenient time for you and your child. I will text and email as soon as it is determined.

It is my intention to provide you and your family with an enriching experience together. I am honored that you have chosen this time to share your family with me and other like-minded families.
