Our children's yoga classes are an adventure through mindful movement and silly fun. We’ll strengthen growing bodies and focus busy minds.

All classes are based around a meaningful theme to add a creative focus around seasons, self, families, animals, adventure, and more.

With a judgment-free zone full of new friends, your little yogi will gain flexibility, confidence and a toolbox of calming techniques

All Classes are located at the West Farmington Grange Hall.

Ages in the classes are flexible. Whatever is best for your family.

Jenn Stone

YOGA FACILITATOR


Jenn Stone is a passionate social worker dedicated to empowering young minds through mindfulness and yoga. With 20 years of experience in schools, Jenn advocates for social-emotional learning and serves the community through fundraising and volunteer work.

After witnessing the benefits of yoga firsthand, Jenn became a Certified Children's Yoga Teacher. She now guides families on a journey of connection and wellbeing through movement, music and mindfulness.

Scholarship Opportunities

We believe in the transformative power of yoga and its ability to positively impact lives. Our scholarship fund aims to make the benefits of yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of their situation.

If you are interested in applying for our scholarship, please send us an email expressing your interest. Additionally, we can help connect families with the HOPE fund scholarship from the United Way, as another avenue to access Family Focused Yoga.
