  • Soulfully Centered Tween Class; 9-12 yrs.

    Once a month on Friday’s from 4:30-6:00 pm

    Each session is carefully crafted to engage participants in a variety of activities aimed at promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being. From fun yoga poses to calming meditation exercises, tweens will learn valuable tools to manage stress, build resilience, and cultivate inner peace.

  • Family Focused Yoga currently offers 2 classes. One, Kinderflow for families of all ages and the other, Giggles & Grace is especially designed for children independently. These classes are playful, which allows parents and children to move, breathe, and connect. Our classes incorporate poses, games, music, and relaxation designed for families to experience the benefits of yoga together.

  • Our yoga classes are 60 minutes long. This allows enough time for a fun flow, games, bonding, and relaxation.

    Family yoga classes are $20 per week Discounted class packages are available for families.

  • Yes, families need to register prior to attending class.

  • Make up classes are available

  • No yoga experience is required for kids or parents. Jenn will guide you through everything in a welcoming, non-competitive environment.

  • We welcome families with kids ages 3-10. Activities and poses are adaptable for children of all ages and abilities. Parents participate too!

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. No special equipment is required. Bare feet or grippy socks are best.

  • No, yoga is not a religion. Yoga is a spiritual practice that is compatible with all religions.

    The yamas and niyamas are ethical guidelines and principles for living a meaningful life. They include values like non-violence, truthfulness, contentment, and self-discipline.

    You can practice yoga regardless of your spiritual beliefs. Yoga provides benefits for both mind and body.
