✨ Saturday, October 4th
 ✨ 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
 ✨ $10 per person
✨ All you need is your vision and yourself!
We’ll begin in a sacred circle with a grounding Intention Meditation led by Jenn Stone, then move into creating Vision Boards with guidance from Jen Manzi MacLeod.
Jen first discovered vision board collaging 18+ years ago while working at a non-profit that supported cancer patients with exercise and enrichment programs. She witnessed how vision boards gave people hope, focus, and a visual way to ground themselves in the future they wanted. Since then, she has used vision boards to call in her own goals and desires through every phase of life.
🌿 Vision boards are a beautiful way to:
✨ Manifest what you truly want
✨ Place positive, creative energy behind your dreams
✨ Align with your goals—no matter how far away they may seem

What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice designed to target the deeper connective tissues of the body, like ligaments, joints, and fascia, rather than the muscles. It’s a perfect opportunity to slow down, de-stress, and cultivate stillness, both physically and mentally.
Treat yourself to the calm and connection you deserve.
